I am guessing nowadays, youngsters like me like to hangout in unique atmosphere place.... Discover a new hang-out or lepak spot recently.....

Food Foundry is famous for it delicious Western dishes and desserts...... It is also a popular lunch spot for office workers and college students.....

Ice Peach Tea

Ice Peach Tea @ RM3.00..... same price with their Ice Lemon Tea.... thirst quenching and nice flavor... not too sweet.... I would say just nice...

Cappuccino

Hot Cappuccino @ RM5.50...... Iced Cappuccino will be at RM6.50.....

Coffee in a cuppa....

Hot cuppa Coffee @ RM4.50..... Iced Coffee will be at RM5.50.....

P/S: The drinks pricing are quite reasonable for a restaurant...... Most importantly, the portion are not stingy.... certain places have lesser in quantity( Put lot of ice in it)

Ham and Cheese Croquettes

Ham and Cheese Croquettes @ RM11.00..... Delicious potato stuffed with ham and cheese filling... The proportion are not very balance... Some have more cheese compare to the rest..... As for the sauce... it is mayo with fried garlic... I would recommend to go with it... it taste better compare to eating it plan....

Club Sandwich

Club Sandwich @ RM16.00..... Traditional club sandwich with Chicken, Cheese, Ham and Eggs.... Pan-fried chicken which is not oily and the fresh vege is a great combination for the sandwich.... Different in a way that it does not come with any salad or fries though....

Since the business of Food Foundry is getting better and better..... it original shop has already expanded to a 2 shop lot restaurant....

Day trip to Kuala Selangor @ Selangor

Went there recently with a group of friends for leisure purposes........ photography and explore...

Is quite a layback and relax place trip.......

A little FYI, Kuala Selangor is a fishing village, there are quite a number of fisherman living over there... Most importantly they fish everyday.... Duh.... why am i stating the obvious.... Anyway, back to topic, everyday, fisherman will bring in their live catches from the sea to be sorted out.. Dont miss out the chance to grab some fresh and affordable seafood ya......

Not only it is famous for it fishing village.... there are quite a number of seafood restaurant located around Sekinchan... do drop by and enjoy a sumptuous lunch or dinner with your friends and family.

Some restaurant are located quite near to the river though... you can enjoy the cool and fresh air.... and your delicious seafood feast as well.... Seafood is highly recommended.... fresh and cheap... Dont miss this perfect opportunity...

We took around an hour to drive down from KL to Kuala Selangor.... As for the view, mostly are greenery and lay-back village houses.... "Kampung" or "Atap" houses.. You won't get lose when you are driving, because there are plenty of road sign to guide you to Kuala Selangor... you just have to pay attention or seek help from your partner or family member who are with you.. hehe ^^

P/S: I have no idea what the name of the kuil though... Just know that it is on the way to the KS

Kuala Selangor is at the coastal area therefore, you wont miss out on the light house..... Below the light house there are a lot of monkey and most of them are "tame"..... Well, i wont 100% certified them as tame... since they are wild and you know... you have seen cases whereby there are people being killed or attack by monkeys... some are fatal incidents though... but if you DO NOT PROVOKE them and stay quite a distance from them..... i guess that wouldn't be a problem though.... oh ya, my advised is dont feed them as well.... some monkeys might get "jelous" and actually climb or attack you or the other monkeys who has food... so for your own safety... please do not do feed anything to them....

Since Kuala Selangor is famous for its fishing village... obviously have to stop by and have a look and visit it.... Hei..... i always though that is going to be dirty and smelly but miracle do happen ya.... no smell and not very dirty.... there is rubbish here and there but no smell.... So no worries!!!!!

Bonjour!!!!!!

I am back.... anyway, let continue where I left off yesterday ya...

As mentioned yesterday, Today I will blog about Cailler Chocolate Factory tour...... It is like a dream come true you know... I am like the small boy in the movie " Charlie and the Chocolate Factory"..... just that I didn't win the golden ticket, I have to pay for the entrance fee..... T.T SAD !!!

Cailler Chocolate Factory is located in Broc.... quite a distance from Gruyere train station. One way to get there will be the train.... where you can take the local train to Bulle, one of the bigger town and switch to another train to go to Broc..... Do get the time schedule from the local tourist board or the train station schedule that is paste at the Gruyere train station... Reminder, The time schedule during weekdays and weekends are slightly different... do check in advance..... We ended up spent nearly 2 hour waiting for the Broc train to depart and ended up have to walk back to Gruyere because of the timing.... SWT !!!!!!!!

Entrance fee is 10fr for adults and FREE for children (16 years old and below with parents, not with group). Student rate will be at 8fr and do bring along your student card for verification ya!!!!

Quite a big attraction actually... For 8fr, we actually get to walk around the exhibition hall and enjoy the display which mostly consist of Poster for publicity purposes all around the world, actual packaging of Cailler chocolate throughout the years and many more. You have to queue up and wait for the guided tour which is going to bring you back in time..... where how chocolate is been discovered, when cocoa seeds been brough into Europe, how Cailler was formed etc.... Very interesting tour. The guided tour is without a guide, you have to enter room to room to see what there waiting for you. Each room is equip with animation (some of it) and interesting display..... Oh ya.... dont worry the guided tour is conducted in many different international languages. So no worries, enjoy your guided tour with your preferred language.
